Chikondi Kadangola is Research & Policy Analyst at AFIDEP and supports the LIGHT Consortium in Project management. Prior to AFIDEP, he worked with Children of the Nations as a Community Partnerships and Development Coordinator. He also worked as a WASH Project officer, Women Empowerment Program Coordinator, a Girls’ Power Program Officer and a National Education Coordinator for same the organisation.
He has participated in various research studies with LAPE Consultancy, Save the Children, World Bicycle Relief and worked with Millennium Challenge Corporation as a research consultant on temporal basis.
Chikondi holds a Master’s Degree in Rural Development and Management from China Agricultural University and an Honours' Degree in Sociology and Gender Development Studies.
His career interests are in Gender, Youth Development and Public Policy.
